First run

Create a collection, save a page, and query it from an AI client.

Save your first page

  1. Open the side panel in Chrome.
  2. Click + New and name a collection (e.g. research).
  3. Navigate to a page worth keeping and click Save to collection.

The daemon fetches the page, extracts its main content, scans it for prompt-injection, chunks and embeds it, and stores the vectors. The row shows pending → indexing → done. A page that can’t be read ends in error with a message; retry it from the row menu.

If the daemon flags the content, the save is held and you see a scan warning instead.

Query it from your assistant

Ask naturally:

“Search my research collection for React state management patterns.”

“What do my bookmarks say about database indexing?”

The client calls list_collections to resolve the collection, then search_collection or ask_collection to retrieve the passages that answer you. Results include the source URL and title for each chunk.
