Managing collections

Views

Toggle between the card view and the tree view from the header. The tree nests each collection over its bookmarks so you can browse pages without leaving the list. Clicking a bookmark opens it in a new tab.

Per-collection actions

• Card / list: the ⋮ menu on each row — Rename, Delete, Open collection.
• Inside a collection: the ✎ and 🗑 buttons in the header.

Rename

Opens a dialog pre-filled with the current name and description. Maps to PATCH /collections/{id}.

Delete

Confirmation dialog showing the collection name and page count. Permanently removes the collection, its bookmarks, their chunks, and the Chroma collection. There is no undo.

Remove a page

The ✕ on a bookmark row removes it from the collection immediately, no confirmation. Maps to DELETE /bookmarks/{id} and also drops that bookmark’s vectors.

Not supported

Reordering collections, moving a bookmark between collections, bulk remove, and undo. The tree view is a browsing surface only.
