Saving bookmarks

Save the current page into a collection from the side panel.

  1. Open the side panel (click the extension icon, or use the toolbar toggle).
  2. Pick a collection, or create one with + New.
  3. On the page you want to keep, click Save to collection.

The row appears immediately and moves through pending → indexing → done as the daemon fetches, scans, chunks, and embeds the content. The extension polls the daemon’s status while a job is in flight.

When the save is held

If the daemon’s injection scan flags the page, or the page is an unrendered JavaScript shell, you get a warning dialog instead of a saved row. See Overriding a scan warning.

When indexing fails

A page that can’t be read ends in error with a message (bot-blocked, empty after extraction, network error). Retry from the row’s menu — that calls reindex, which falls back to the HTML captured at save time.

Browser-captured HTML

The extension sends the page’s rendered HTML alongside the URL. For sites that block server-side fetches or render entirely client-side, this is the only way the daemon gets usable content.
